Hi I am Ryan,
I started recruitment in 2013 after doing door-to-door sales for charities.
My posh stepbrother got me the job, and I was off making my first bang for buck in the city of London.
After 4 years in Education recruitment, I took some time off to go into Forest and tree conservation working on farms and in forests all across the UK.
When it was time for me to go back into recruitment in 2019 I chose Healthcare, the draw of having what I am doing matter, and the changes I could make to the struggling NHS was what drove me into medical recruitment.
I started Change Medical with the backing of the Mike’s with our combined 30 years of recruitment experience to put into Modernising a Healthcare agency.
Now with us up and running, I spend my days mentoring the new talent in our industry, training and developing the next generation of recruiters.
