Oscar from a small village in the UK, who moved to Australia in 2024 after realising Australia is his calling!
Oscar is a keen skier, sailor and recruiter. After leaving education he jumped straight into recruitment at the young age of 18! He hasn’t looked back since.
Building relationships through a community driven approach has been one of the main reasons for Oscar’s success. He has built recruitment markets up from scratch across the UK and has now joined Change Medical, for anything Aged Care Oscar is you man!
When Oscar was 5 years old, his family and himself sailed around the Mediterranean for 3 years, giving him a love for the outdoors. In Oscar’s spare time he enjoys travelling, currently he’s been obsessed with the Blue Mountains and is determined to jump in every waterfall.
