Hi I'm Jovenine,
You can call me Jovie.
I am an offshore recruitment staff of Change Medical.
I finished my degree in Business Management majored in Human Resource Development Management. Since then, I started my recruitment career in the Philippines in 2016 in Construction industry.
After 5 years of working locally I started working remotely at Change Recruitment since 2021, as a Data Specialist.
I've been working with the Mike’s and Change for almost 3 years now and I am excited that we are expanding into the Healthcare Industry.
Luckily, I got the chance to be part of the Healthcare team with Ryan Carpenter's lead.
With it's modernize Healthcare Agency system, it will be beneficial and efficient for both healthcare workers and facilities.
True enough, Change isn't coming, it's already here, and now it's for the Healthcare.
